This four bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage has a main and an upper deck with a great views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The cottage was built in the traditional "salt-box design" and the top floor of this cottage is for the owner's use only. It will not be occupied
while you are here but will be unavailable for your use. The main floor has three bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double and two twin beds) and one full bath.
The walk-out basement has a fourth bedroom (1 queen, 1 double and a twin cot) and a laundry room with a half bath.
Although you do not have access to the top floor living area, the owners do permit renters to use the upper deck to enjoy the spectacular ocean views
from there. The main deck receives the morning sun and is shaded in the afternoon. The upper deck, which faces south, receives the sun
morning and afternoon. As a safety measure, all deck stairs are gated to eliminate the possibility of accidents.
Under the lower deck, there is also an enclosed outdoor shower.
116 Rockwell Ave has an open living room/dining room with satellite TV and plenty of seating. The kitchen and living room areas face the main deck
and the ocean view, while the bedrooms are towards the back of the cottage.
The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven,
toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes. There is also a Weber charcoal BBQ outdoors.
116 Rockwell Ave. is about 130 steps from the top of the dune that leads down to the ocean beach at LeCount Hollow in the Cape Cod National Seashore.
This is a non-smoking cottage and pets are not allowed. It rents from Saturday to Saturday in season on a weekly basis only. Rental prices range from $3,050.00 to $3,800.00.
