This spacious four bedroom, 2-1/2 bath house boasts a large main deck and a private upper deck off the master bedroom suite, both with great views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The house was built in the traditional "salt-box design" and whoever is lucky enough to sleep on the top floor can watch the sun rise out of the ocean from their queen sized bed! The top floor also has a full bath, comfortable sitting area and sliding glass doors that open to the upper deck and multiple windows offering spectacular ocean views.

The main floor has an open, light filled living room/dining room with a flat-panel, Cable TV, Cable Internet access (Wi-Fi), a landline telephone with free nationwide long-distance service and plenty of seating. The kitchen and living room areas face the main deck and the ocean view. Three additional bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double and 2 twin beds) and one full bath are also located

 on the main floor. The walkout basement has a  laundry room, ping pong table and a half bath. 

The well-equipped kitchen was completely renovated in 2015 and has a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes. There is a gas BBQ grill as well as an outdoor table with umbrella and chairs and lounge chairs for relaxing. There is a new, private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Beach chairs and umbrella are also provided for tenants use.

The spacious main deck receives the morning sun and is shaded in the afternoon. The private upper deck, which faces south, receives the sun morning and afternoon.

116 Rockwell Ave. is located on a private and quiet dead end street only about 100 steps from the top of the dune with steps that lead down to the ocean beach at LeCount Hollow, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Cape Cod National Seashore.

One dog will be considered, with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per week and an additional security deposit. (no cats allowed, sorry). There is NO SMOKING allowed in this house. Maximum occupancy is 8 people. This cottage rents on a Saturday to Saturday, weekly basis during the Spring and Summer months.   Beginning on September 11, this cottage rents on a Sunday-to-Sunday basis. Rental prices range from $2,000.00 to $7,000.00.

"Can't beat the location"

The house is large, spacious, well kept, great views, great indoor/outdoor space. The house is a few steps away from the beach. Please be prepared for 47 steep steps down to the beach. This was fine for my family, but the grandparents had some difficulties. I would have given the house 5 stars except for 2 things 1) steps down to the beach (again 100% fine for me and my family, but anyone with mobility issues will need to keep this in mind). 2) the house was surface clean, but the corners, closets, beams, etc very dusty (I have allergies so it caused some issues, but someone with severe allergies might find this an issue). Again overall an awesome house and location. The ocean was incredible and the wildlife for viewing is unbeatable.       K.Z. - Ellington, CT
