The cottage is two floors.  Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bath with shower. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds.  On the first floor is a third bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed and a second bathroom with shower.  In the living room there is satellite TV and a land-line telephone.

The kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove with oven and broiler, full size refrigerator, stainless steel sink, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes.

Off the kitchen there is a dining room with dining table and chairs and a door that leads to an outside patio with a charcoal BBQ grill, picnic table and enclosed outside shower with hot water.

340 Wilson Avenue is about 500 steps from the top of the dune that leads down to the ocean beach at Lecount Hollow.

This cottage is pet friendly for an additional pet fee.  This is a non-smoking cottage and it rents from Sunday to Sunday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $1,100.00 to $2,300.00.
