On the first floor there is a third bedroom with a double bed and one twin bed, and a second bathroom with a shower.

The living room has a fireplace, a land-line telephone, satellite TV
and a staircase up to the second floor.

The kitchen is fully-equipped for cooking and includes a dishwasher and a microwave oven.

Off the kitchen there is a dining room with dining table and chairs and a door that leads to an outside patio with a  charcoal BBQ grill and enclosed outside shower. This cottage is very private and is a
two minute walk to the ocean beach.

There is also a stacked washer and dryer.
This cottage offers privacy and quiet. The backyard has nothing but undeveloped woods behind it and on one side.

The cottage at 340 Wilson Ave rents from Sunday to Sunday with a weekly price that ranges from $1,100.00 to $2,200.00.
