This six person, 1 and 1/2 bath cottage has a roof deck with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean.   The roof deck is a great place to do morning yoga, to read a book in the sun, enjoy an ocean view meal, watch large ships pass on the horizon or to sip a glass of wine in the late afternoon or evening.

The main floor has one bedroom with a queen bed, one bath with a shower, tiled floors, spacious living room/dining area with many windows letting in sunlight. The living room has a ceiling fan, satellite TV, DVD and comfortable seating. Sliders open onto the expansive deck with a gas grill and deck furniture.

Downstairs there is a sleeping area with one queen bed.  There is no door to this room but a privacy screen that can be put up (visible in photo, leaning on stair rail).  The third sleeping area is an open, non-private area with 2 twin beds. There is a half bath with washer and dryer off of this sleeping area.

Step outside to the enclosed outside shower. This cottage is about 245 steps to the beach or just take a walk up to the upper deck and get some great views of the ocean!

No pets are ever allowed in this cottage, sorry. This is a non-smoking cottage and it rents from Saturday to Saturday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $1,500.00 to $2,700.00.  Call or email us for details.
