This is the actual view from the wrap-
around deck of this cottage!

The cottage itself is somewhat small
but it has an ocean view that is
larger than you can imagine!

No need to even go to the beach to
hear the waves, smell the salty air and feel the ocean breeze.  But just a short walk on a path through the grasses brings you to the top of the dunes

The cottage has two bedrooms
each with one queen size bed.
One bed is brand new.
The living room sofa is also a queen
futon, however the water and septic
systems are sized to accommodate
only 4 people.  It is pet friendly for a
small extra fee.
This cottage has a walk-out basement which is locked and is used to store the owner's
private belongings.  You will only have access to the main floor, upstairs.

There is a charcoal barbecue and tables and chairs on the deck, as well as satellite TV
in the living room but, if you are like me, you'll spend most of your time staring at the
Atlantic Ocean.

ranges from $1,500.00 (off season) to $2,500.00 (summer).  Security Deposit and
the signing of a standard vacation rental lease required.
