This two bedroom, one bath cottage has a wrap around deck with an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean.

No need to even go to the beach to hear the waves, smell the salty air and feel the ocean breeze.  But just a short walk (about 120 steps) on a path through the grasses, brings you to the top of the dune leading down to the water's edge.

The cottage has two bedrooms each with one queen size bed.  One bed is brand new.  The living room sofa is also a queen futon, however the water and septic systems are sized to accommodate only 4 people.   A central heating system will chase away the chills on cool nights.

There is a large, octagonal picnic table on the deck and just off the deck, there is a charcoal BBQ.  A newly remodeled kitchen (new in 2012), new bedroom floors, ceiling fans throughout, satellite TV and satellite Wi-fi Internet make this the perfect spot for your beach getaway.  (about satellite Internet)

This cottage is pet friendly for an additional pet fee.  This is a non-smoking cottage and it rents from Saturday to Saturday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $1,550.00 to $2,800.00. Stays shorter than a week are sometimes possible in the Spring or Fall.  Call or email us for details.
