Best of all, not only does it have a view to die for from its wrap-around deck, it's also just steps away from the top of the sand dune that leads down to LeCount Hollow Beach at Maguire's Landing and the Atlantic Ocean.

The cottage itself is somewhat small but it has an
ocean view that is larger than you can imagine!
No need to even go to the beach to hear the waves, smell the salty air and feel the ocean breeze. But just a short walk on a path through the grasses brings you to the top of the dune leading down to the water's edge.
The cottage has two bedrooms each with one queen size bed. One bed is brand new. The living room sofa is also a queen futon, however the water and septic systems are sized to accommodate only 4 people.
This cottage has a walk-out basement which is locked and is used to store the owner's private belongings.
You will only have access to the main
floor, upstairs.
There is a charcoal barbecue and tables and chairs on the deck, as well as
150+ channel satellite TV
in the living room but, if you are like me, you'll spend most of
your time staring at the Atlantic Ocean.
New for 2011, this cottage now has Wi-Fi
satellite Internet access
and ceiling fans in every room!
This is strictly a non-smoking cottage.
