The cottage has the master bedroom on the second floor with private bath, access to a water-view roof-top deck and ocean facing windows.  A second bedroom on the main floor has a double/twin combination bunk bed. There is a second bathroom on the main floor with an adjustable height shower. The new kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.  There is also an interior stairway down to the basement area where you will find a stack washer/dryer. The living room area has a sliding glass door with direct access to a sun deck.

This cottage has satellite TV and satellite Internet and hardwood floors throughout.  Electric baseboard heaters will take the chill away from cool nights.

This cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday with a price that ranges from $1,295 to $3,995 per week.  Each rental requires a signed, standard renter's lease and a refundable security deposit of $200.00.
