Located on a quiet sand road in North Eastham, this cottage is only a short walk to Cooks Brook Beach on Cape Cod Bay

This non-smoking cottage has one queen size bed in the first bedroom and a "double/twin bunk bed" in the second bedroom. It has one bathroom with a shower and it also has an enclosed shower outdoors.

This cottage has a fully equipped kitchen including a full-size refrigerator, flat-top electric stove, microwave oven, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes.

Outdoors, there is a gas BBQ grill, a back deck and the outdoor shower. A washer and dryer have been added for your convenience.

The cottage at 25 Oquamoshod Rd. is bright and airy, has been totally renovated in 2010 and is now ready for your vacation stay.  The location, near Cooks Brook Beach is perfect for families with smaller children who may be intimidated by the mighty ocean waves of the Atlantic.

This cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday.  For the first three weeks of August, the cottage rents for $1300 per week.  All other weeks cost $1,100.00.  Each rental requires a signed, standard renter's lease and a refundable security deposit of $200.00.  Reservations are secured via email or telephone (see below).
