This two bedroom cottage is located on a quiet sand road in North Eastham and is only a short walk to Cooks Brook Beach on Cape Cod Bay.

The ranch-style home has one bedroom with one queen bed and a second bedroom with a double/twin bunk bed combo (see photo below). There is one bathroom with a shower and there is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.  The kitchen has a 4 burner, flat-top, electric stove with oven and broiler, full size refrigerator, stainless steel sink, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes.  A washer and dryer have been added for your convenience.

Outdoors by the cottage, there is a gas BBQ grill, and a picnic table on the back deck overlooking the private back yard.   There is off street parking for two cars at the cottage.

The cottage is bright and airy and was totally renovated in 2010.  It is about a 15 minute walk to Cooks Brook Beach on Cape Cod Bay with its calmer and warmer waters.  The location is perfect for families with small children who may be intimidated by the mighty ocean waves of the Atlantic.

This is a non-smoking cottage and no pets are allowed, sorry.  It rents from Saturday to Saturday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $900.00 to $1,300.00. Stays shorter than a week are sometimes possible in the Spring or Fall.  Call or email us for details.
