Part of "The Wellfleeter" condominium cottage complex on Kendrick Avenue in Wellfleet, MA, this is cottage is #20 and offers sleeping for up to 6 people.
On the main floor are two bedrooms one with a queen-size bed and the other with two twin (single) beds. The living room has cable TV with a 42" flat screen TV and an attached Blue Ray/DVD player. There is also free Wi-Fi Internet access in this cottage. Downstairs, there is a one car garage, a family room with a second TV and futon sofa, a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a third bedroom with a double bed. There is also a new bathroom with shower, downstairs. There is no indoor stairway between the two floors...the basement areas are only accessible from the outside, through the garage.
The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator/freezer, a 4-burner stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes. The main floor bathroom has been fully remodeled this year and has a tile floor and tub/shower. There is a charcoal BBQ on the deck.
Beach Comber is a non-smoking cottage and no pets are allowed.
