is #20 and offers sleeping for up to 6 people.
On the main floor are two bedrooms
one with a queen-size bed and the other with two twin (single) beds.
The living room has
cable TV with a 42" flat screen TV and an attached Blue Ray/DVD player.
Downstairs, there is a one car garage, a family room with a
second TV and futon sofa, a laundry room
with a washer and dryer and a third bedroom with a double bed.
There is no indoor stairway between
the two floors...the basement areas are only accessible from the
outside.
The
kitchen has a full-size refrigerator/freezer, a 4-burner stove,
microwave oven, dishwasher,
toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes. The one
bathroom has a tub/shower.
There is a charcoal
BBQ on the deck.

and no pets are allowed.
This
cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday with a weekly price that
ranges from $800.00 to
