This is a quaint, "studio style" cottage which is perfect for a single person or a beach-loving couple.
Through the screened porch you enter the cottage's sitting area which has a dining table and chairs, loveseat and working, wood-burning fireplace.
The queen-size bed is at the other end of the room with the kitchen and bath to the side. The kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove with oven and broiler, full size refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes.
The tiled bathroom has a shower and there is also an outdoor shower on the side of the cottage.

Outdoors, the cottage has its own charcoal BBQ and picnic table. Nearby, we have a building with coin-operated washers and dryers.   There is off street parking for two cars at the cottage.

Beach Walk is about 430 steps from the top of the dune that leads down to the ocean beach at LeCount Hollow which is also known as "Maguire's Landing."

This cottage is pet friendly in the Spring and Fall only, for an additional pet fee. No pets allowed during the summer months, sorry. This is a non-smoking cottage and it rents from Saturday to Saturday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $800.00 to $1,400.00. Stays shorter than a week are sometimes possible in the Spring or Fall. Call or email us for details.
