1960’s, has just been lovingly
renovated, while keeping it’s
original, warm character.

ceilings, knotty pine flooring, an
open floor plan and generous
natural light and ventilation.

cottage has two bedrooms,
one with a queen bed, the other
a set of twins. A convertible
couch in the living room would allow for a total
accommodation
of 5 persons.
The
brand new kitchen is fully
equipped with a full sized
refrigerator, gas stove and
microwave, coffee maker, toaster,
double stainless sink, dishes, pots
and pans, etc. The bath is also
new with a full-size shower and
tub. There is a deck with a gas
grill, tables, and chairs. There is
also an enclosed outdoor shower
and a full sized washing machine
in the basement.
Nestled
in the pines, the cottage is less than a two minute walk to
Blackfish
 Creek
and the Audubon Society
shoreline. A public boat launch
into Wellfleet Bay is just three
minutes away and the beautiful
Wellfleet National Seashore
beaches are three minutes by
car or a 15 minute bike ride.
Black Fish Creek. rents from
Saturday
to Saturday with a weekly price
that
ranges from
$875.00 to
$1,750.00. Shorter stays are possible
in late autumn.
