This two bedroom cottage is not at Surf Side and is not near an ocean beach.

With that said, this lovingly restored cottage, in a wooded setting on the bay side of Wellfleet is not only beautiful to look at but very comfortable to stay in.

It has a bright, airy open floor plan and offers cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and there is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.  The kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove with oven and broiler, full size refrigerator, stainless steel sink, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes.

Outdoors on the patio, there is a propane gas BBQ, and  a pleasant seating area.  In the basement, there is a full-size washer available for your use and outside there is a clothesline for solar drying.

There is a "right-of-way" path down to a tidal creek (Black Fish Creek) which is a great place to launch a kayak or small boat at high tide.  At low tide, it is muddy so there is no beach there.  The cottage is about 2 miles from Marconi Beach.

This cottage is pet friendly for an additional pet fee.  Sorry, no cats allowed....cottage owner is allergic.  This is a non-smoking cottage and it rents from Sunday to Sunday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $875.00 to $1,800.00. Stays shorter than a week are sometimes possible in the Spring or Fall. Call or email us for details.
