This three bedroom, one bath cottage has a roof deck with a distant view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The roof deck is a great place to do morning yoga, to read a book in the sun or to sip a glass of wine in the late afternoon or evening.

The cottage is a split-level with 4 stairs leading up from the kitchen to the living room, the bedrooms and the single bathroom. The bathroom has a large shower and there is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The water is heated by a tankless on-demand water heater (very energy efficient). The new Swedish kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove with oven and broiler, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, stainless steel sink, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes.

In the living room there is a flat panel, high definition satellite TV with HBO in a closable cabinet so it doesn't have to be a major part of your stay.  There is also a Blu-ray player and a basket of movies for your viewing pleasure, a stereo system and Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outdoors by the cottage, there is a gas BBQ grill, picnic table and clothesline. Nearby, we have a building with coin-operated washers and dryers.  There is off street parking for two cars at the cottage.

Bonnie Dune is about 295 steps from the top of the dune that leads down to the ocean beach at LeCount Hollow in the Cape Cod National Seashore.

This cottage is pet friendly in the Spring and Fall only for an additional pet fee. No pets allowed during the summer months, sorry. This is a non-smoking cottage and it rents from Sunday to Sunday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $1,100.00 to $2,700.00. Stays shorter than a week are sometimes possible in the Spring or Fall.  Call or email us for details.
