This three bedroom, one bath cottage
is one of our most popular cottages. It's close to the beach and away from
the road
The cottage is all on one level (no stairs) Breakers has three bedrooms,
two with one queen bed in each and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The
bathroom has a shower and an exterior door leading to an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
The fully equipped kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove,
microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes, tiled countertop and floor.
The living room has a couch and chairs around the fireplace and glass doors let in plenty of light.
New for 2013, Breakers now has Wi-Fi Internet access.
There is a charcoal BBQ, a new picnic table, new Adirondack chairs and a fire pit just outside the screened porch. A clothesline is provided and a
coin-operated laundry is available on the property with washers and dryers.
There is off street parking for two cars at the cottage.
Breakers cottage is about 200 steps from the top of the dune that leads down
to the ocean beach at LeCount Hollow.
This cottage
is dog friendly in the Spring and Fall only, for an additional pet fee. No pets
allowed during the summer months, and no cats anytime, sorry. This is a
non-smoking cottage and it rents from Saturday to Saturday in season with a
weekly price that ranges from $1,125.00 to $2,700.00. Stays for shorter than a
week are sometimes possible in April, May, early June and in October. Call or
