This four bedroom cottage is on a quiet dead-end street with views of the Atlantic.

There is a deck over the front entrance room and it is a great place to do morning yoga, to read a book in the sun or to sip a glass of wine in the late afternoon or evening with an ocean view.

The cottage has two floors with two bedrooms on each floor. There are two bathrooms, both on the first floor. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The newly remodeled kitchen has a 4 burner electric stove with oven and broiler, full size refrigerator with bottom freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes. The closet, off the kitchen, has a full sized washer and dryer for your use.

Outdoors on the deck, there is a gas BBQ grill, picnic table . There is off street parking for two cars at the cottage.

Carpe Diem is about 200 steps from the top of the dune that leads down to the ocean beach at Lecount Hollow in the Cape Cod National Seashore.

This  cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $1,950.00 to $3,800.00.
