queen beds and the third has two
new twin beds. Each bedroom has
a ceiling fan with overhead light.
There
is one bath with a shower
and a new enclosed outdoor
shower with seating area.

fully furnished living room is
complete with a cathedral ceiling,
skylights, ceiling fan, fireplace,
sofa, chairs, and dining
area.
 The
kitchen is fully equipped with
a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator,
full-size gas stove, microwave,
coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, pots
and pans. Cliffside has a screened
porch with chairs, a bike rack that
accommodates six bikes, a new
charcoal grill, clothesline and
picnic table. Cliffside is fully
insulated and has all new windows-
it is especially cozy for off-season
rentals. Cliffside is a very
comfortable cottage, 390 paces
from the ocean beach!
 Cliffside rents from
Saturday
to Saturday with a weekly price
that
ranges from
$875.00 to
$1,950.00. Shorter stays
are
possible before June 15 and in
October.
