This three bedroom, one bath cottage has been recently remodeled and is very comfortable.
Two of the bedrooms each have one queen size bed.  The third bedroom has two twin (single) beds.  Each bedroom has a ceiling fan with an overhead light.
Each room in this cottage is heated by a central, hot-air furnace. In addition, Cliffside is fully insulated and has all new windows making this cottage perfect for off-season rentals.

There is one bathroom with a large shower.  There is also an enclosed outdoor shower (with hot water) and a seating area. The water is heated by a tank-less on-demand water heater (very energy efficient). The kitchen has a 4 burner stove with oven and broiler, full size refrigerator, stainless steel sink, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes.

The fully furnished living room is complete with a cathedral ceiling, skylights, ceiling fan, fireplace, flat-panel DVD player, sofa, chairs and dining area.

Outdoors by the cottage, there is a charcoal BBQ, picnic table and on the back there is a clothesline and a bike rack.. Nearby, we have a building with coin-operated washers and dryers.   There is off street parking for two cars at the cottage.

Cliffside is about 325 steps from the top of the dune that leads down to the ocean beach at LeCount Hollow.  It is pet friendly in the Spring and Fall only for an additional pet fee. No pets allowed during the summer months, sorry. This is a non-smoking cottage and it rents from Saturday to Saturday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $975.00 to $2,400.00.
