This one bedroom apartment is attached to a house where a quiet, retired couple live.  With a private entrance and backyard it's just like renting a free-standing cottage.

The front door opens into a large room with the kitchen to the left and living room to the right. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with a gas stove, full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes. The living room has a couch, sitting chair and table, eating table with chairs and satellite TV with a premiere package.

From the living room you enter the bedroom which has one queen bed.  The bath with shower is off a hallway that also provides access to the back yard where you will find a deck with enclosed outdoor shower, charcoal BBQ grill, picnic table, sitting chairs and clothesline.

Nearby, we have a building with coin-operated washers and dryers.

Dunecrest is very private and very popular with our guests. Just walk out the front door and look down the street and you can see the ocean which is about two city blocks away.


Dunecrest is pet friendly for an additional pet fee.  This  non-smoking unit rents from Sunday to Sunday with a weekly price that ranges from $700.00 to $1,200.00. Stays shorter than a week are sometimes possible in the Spring or Fall.  Call or email us for details.
