Dunecrest

Attached to the main house,
Dunecrest is a one-bedroom
apartment that can accommodate
2 people. It has a separate
entrance that opens into a large
room with the kitchen to the left
and living room to the right. The
kitchen is fully equipped for
cooking with a gas stove, full-size
refrigerator, microwave, toaster,
coffeemaker, pots and pans and
dishes. The living room has a
couch, sitting chair and table,
eating table with chairs and
satellite TV with a premiere
package.

From the living room you enter the bedroom
which has a queen bed. The bath with shower
is off a hallway that provides access to a deck
with enclosed outside shower, large back yard
with BBQ grill, sitting chairs, picnic table, and
clothesline.

Dunecrest is very private and very popular with
our guests. Just walk out the front door and
look down the street and you can see the
ocean.
 

This apartment rents from Sunday to Sunday
with a weekly price that ranges from $655.00 to $1,150.00. 
Shorter stays are possible before June 15 and in October.
