A roof deck with a terrific view of the Atlantic Ocean
The roof deck is a great place to do morning yoga, to read a book in the sun or to sip a glass of wine in the late afternoon or evening.

This 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is a split-level with 4 stairs leading up from the living room to the bedrooms and single bathroom. The bathroom has a shower and an exterior door leading to an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The water is heated by a tankless on-demand water heater (very energy efficient). The newly renovated kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove with oven and broiler, full size refrigerator, stainless steel sink, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes.

Outdoors by the cottage, there is a charcoal BBQ, picnic table and clothesline. Nearby, we have a building with coin-operated washers and dryers.   There is off street parking for two cars at the cottage.

Ebbtide is about 250 steps from the top of the dune that leads down to the ocean beach at LeCount Hollow.

No pets allowed in this cottage, sorry. This is a non-smoking cottage and it rents from Saturday to Saturday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $1,100.00 to $2,550.00. Stays shorter than a week are sometimes possible in the Spring or Fall.  Call or email us for details.

Renters of Ebbtide cottage have full access to all of the amenities of The Even'tide Resort Motel and Cottages (approx. 2 miles away).
This includes the use of their heated indoor swimming pool.
