Ocean Breeze

Ocean Breeze is a cottage that lives up to its name.
Nothing separates you from the Atlantic Ocean besides sand dunes and beach grass, and while you cannot actually see the water from the cottage you do have a view of the dunes and the grasses and some low shrubs from the screened-in porch, the picnic table, the Adirondack chairs and through the sliding glass door in the living room.

This cottage is not near any town streets so there isn't any traffic noise.  Oftentimes, at dead high and dead low tides, there isn't any noise at all.  Then, during the tide changes the rhythmic sounds of the waves hitting the shore is heard.

This non-smoking cottage has two bedrooms.  The first bedroom has a new a queen-size bed (Spring 2011) and the second bedroom has two twin beds. 
Ocean Breeze cottage has one bathroom with a shower and it also has an enclosed shower outdoors.

The fully equipped kitchen has a new LG refrigerator with a bottom freezer, 4-burner gas stove and oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes.  Hot water is provided by a tankless, on demand propane water heater.  Besides being very energy efficient, you'll never run out of hot water!
There's even a coin-operated laundry on the property with washers and dryers.

This cottage also boasts a working fireplace, satellite TV and a screened in porch.  Also outdoors you will find a picnic table, a charcoal BBQ grill and clothesline for air drying your beach towels.  There are also reclining Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows or just to sit around at night with a glass of wine.
