| This three bedroom cottage can
accommodate up to 6 people.
It can accommodate a
maximum
of 6 people with one queen size
bed in each of two bedrooms, and
a third bedroom with two twin
beds. It has one bathroom with a
shower and it also has an enclosed
shower outdoors.
Oceanside cottage is laid out in
a split-level design. From the
screened porch you enter the
fireplaced living room that is open
to the dining and kitchen areas.
Three steps up bring you to the
bedrooms and bathroom. The living
room and two
of the bedrooms have
ceiling fans. A separate fan is
stored
in the closet for the
third bedroom.
The
fully equipped kitchen has a
full-size refrigerator, gas stove,
microwave oven, dishwasher,
toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes. Outdoors,
there is a charcoal BBQ, picnic table and a clothesline. A coin-operated laundry is available
on the property with washers and dryers.
 On
the roof-top deck you can enjoy the distant views of the ocean
or the roses
and other flowers growing in the front yard while you rest in
Adirondack chairs.
There is a large sandy area behind the cottage for children's
games and play.
Oceanside
is pet friendly (for a small fee) in the Spring and Fall only.
This
cottage rents from Sunday
to Sunday with a weekly price that
ranges from $945.00 to $2,150.00. Shorter stays are
possible before June 15 and in October.
