This is a three bedroom, one bath cottage that also features a roof deck offering a distant view of the ocean.

Two of the bedrooms have one queen size bed in each and the third bedroom has two twin (single) beds.  The cottage has a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

The single bathroom has a shower and there is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.  The kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove with oven and broiler, full size refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes.

Outdoors by the cottage, there is a charcoal BBQ, and a picnic table. Nearby, on the property, there is a coin-operated laundry for your use.  Oceanside also has a clothes line in the back.

The cottage is about 350 steps from the top of the dune that leads down to the water at LeCount Hollow Beach (aka Maguire's Landing).

This cottage is pet friendly in the Spring and Fall only for an additional pet fee.  This is a non-smoking cottage and it rents from Sunday to Sunday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $1000.00 to $2,450.00.  Call or email us for details.
