queen size bed and a third bedroom
with two twin beds. It has one
bathroom with a shower and it
also has an enclosed shower
outdoors.
Ocean
View cottage is laid out in
a split-level design. From the
screened porch you enter the
fireplaced living room that is open
to the dining and kitchen areas.
Three steps up bring you to the
bedrooms and bathroom.
The
fully equipped kitchen has a
full-size refrigerator, gas stove,
microwave
oven,
dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker,
pots and
pans and dishes. There is also a
charcoal BBQ, picnic table and clothesline outdoors. A
coin-operated laundry is
available on the property with washers and dryers.
The
sunny roof-top deck affords you distant views of the Atlantic
Ocean. While Ocean
View fronts Ocean View Drive, the entrance and the parking area
for this
cottage is on a dirt, side road off of Ocean View Drive.
It is pet friendly (for a small fee)
in the Spring and Fall only.
This
cottage rents from Saturday to
Saturday with a weekly price that
ranges
from
$1,065.00 to $2,200.00. Shorter stays
are possible before June 15 and in October.
