Ocean View cottage has three bedrooms, two with a queen size bed in each and a third bedroom with two twin beds. It has one bathroom with a shower and it also has an enclosed shower outdoors.

This cottage is strictly non-smoking and is laid out in a split-level design.  From the screened porch you enter the fireplaced living room that is open to the dining and kitchen areas.
Three steps up bring you to the bedrooms and bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen has a  refrigerator,
gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster,
coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes. 
 There is also a charcoal BBQ, picnic table, enclosed outdoor
shower and a  clothesline outdoors.
A coin-operated laundry is available on the property
with washers and dryers.

The sunny roof-top deck affords you distant views
of the Atlantic Ocean and is a great place to do morning yoga.  While Ocean View cottage fronts Ocean View Drive, the entrance and the parking area for this cottage is on a dirt, side road off of Ocean View Drive.
It is pet friendly (for a small fee) in the Spring and Fall only.

This cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday with a weekly price that ranges from $1,065.00 to $2,400.00.
Stays shorter than one week are possible before June 15 and in October.
