This three bedroom, 1 bath cottage has a roof deck with a distant view of the Atlantic Ocean through the pine trees.
The roof deck is a great place to do morning yoga, to read a book in the sun or to sip a glass of wine in the late afternoon or evening.

The cottage is a split-level with 4 stairs leading up from the living room to the bedrooms and single bathroom. The bathroom has a shower andthere is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The water is heated by a tankless on-demand water heater (very energy efficient). The kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove with oven and broiler, a refrigerator/freezer, stainless steel sink, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes.

Outdoors by the cottage, there is a charcoal BBQ, picnic table and clothesline. Nearby, we have a building with coin-operated washers and dryers.   There is off street parking for two cars at the cottage.

Ocean View is about 400 steps from the top of the dune that leads down to the ocean beach at Lecount Hollow.

This cottage is pet friendly in the Spring and Fall only for an additional pet fee. No pets allowed during the summer months, sorry. This is a non-smoking cottage and it rents from Saturday to Saturday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $1,100.00 to $2,450.00. Stays shorter than a week are sometimes possible in the Spring or Fall.  Call or email us for details.
