    Stay at this cottage and you will never want to leave.


    This two bedroom cottage was lovingly modernized and completely renovated from basement to roof in 2011.  The master bedroom suite on the second floor has its own bathroom and the ability to watch the sun rise out of the ocean from your bed!  A roof-top deck, off the suite, continues that water view.


     On the main floor the kitchen boasts of stainless steel applicances, granite countertops, a water view dining area and a living room with a sliding glass door to an east facing sun deck.  The living room has satellite TV and satellite Internet (wi-fi).  There is a second bathroom as well as a second bedroom with a conbination double/twin bunk bed.


    There is a washer and dryer in the walk-out basement with plenty of storage area for bicycles, surfboards or any other gear you may bring.


    Parking at the cottage, an outdoor shower and a charcoal BBQ and outdoor picnic table complete the scene.  A short walk down Rockwell Ave. to the top of the dune where you will find steps down to the water at a most magnificent beach in the Cape Cod National Seashore.

    We require a 50% deposit for a confirmed reservation with the balance of the rent and a security/cleaning deposit due upon your arrival. There is also a standard vacation renter's lease that must be signed. It will be emailed to you to print out and sign so you can mail it to us along with your deposit check.
