This three bedroom cottage has a lot going for it.  It is all on one floor (no stairs) and features a large screened-in front porch as well as a rear sun deck with picnic table, and an enclosed outdoor shower (hot and cold water)
Also outdoors there is a charcoal BBQ, a clothesline and direct access to a large open sandy area where small children enjoy playing between visits to the beach.

The cottage is 360 steps to the top of the dune that leads down to the water at the ocean beach at LeCount Hollow.

Sea Breeze has two bedrooms with one queen bed in each and a third bedroom with two twin (single) beds. There is one bathroom with a shower.  The water is heated by a tankless on-demand water heater (very energy efficient). The kitchen has a 4 burner electric stove with oven and broiler, full size refrigerator, stainless steel sink, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes.

Sea Breeze cottage now has a flat panel satellite TV in the living room over the fireplace mantel.  New in 2013, the cottage now offers Wi-fi Internet access and the bathroom has been re-modeled. There is off street parking for two cars at the cottage.

This cottage is pet friendly in the Spring and Fall only for an additional pet fee. No pets allowed during the summer months, sorry. This is a non-smoking cottage and it rents from Sunday to Sunday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $995.00 to $2,600.00. Stays for shorter than a full week are sometimes possible in the Spring or Fall.  Call or email us for details.
