A two bedroom, one bath cottage that is located 180 steps from the top of the dune that leads down to the water at LeCount Hollow in the Cape Cod National Seashore. This beach is also known as "Maguire's Landing."
 
Each bedroom in Sea Haven has one double bed and one twin bed.

Satellite High Definition TV with HBO, Cinemax and Showtime included, Satellite Internet access (Wi-Fi), a Weber gas grill (new in 2011), and a garage for indoor storage of your car are some of the extras included with this rental. (about satellite Internet)
There is also a large supply of games and puzzles in the cottage.
The basement garage also has a spare refrigerator with freezer.

The water from our private well has a whole house filter in the basement and there is also a secondary filtration system under the kitchen sink offering you a second faucet at the sink with "bottled-quality water."

In the side yard there is a clothes line for drying towels and bathing suits after a day in the waves.   With glimpses of the ocean waters from both the dining room and living room windows and the front and back decks, you'll never forget just how close you are to the beach.  There is off street parking for two cars at the cottage.

The kitchen is equipped with a four burner electric stove, (new in 2011), refrigerator/freezer (spare refrigerator/freezer in the basement garage), microwave oven, filtered water faucet at the stainless steel sink, a drip coffeemaker, cabinets with pots and pans and dishes.

This cottage is pet friendly for an additional pet fee. This is a non-smoking cottage and it rents from Sunday to Sunday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $1,200.00 to $2,600.00. Stays shorter than a week are sometimes possible in the Spring or Fall.  Call or email us for details.
