This three bedroom cottage has a nicely furnished roof deck with an umbrella table, hammock, gas BBQ grill and lounge chairs.  Because the trees have grown so tall in the undeveloped lot in front of this cottage, there is no longer a "sea view" at Sea View.
The roof deck is a great place to do morning yoga, to read a book in the sun or to sip a glass of wine in the late afternoon or evening.

The cottage is a split-level with 4 stairs leading up from the living room to the bedrooms and single bathroom. The bathroom has a shower and an exterior door leading to an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The water is heated by a tankless on-demand water heater (very energy efficient). The new kitchen (completely renovated in 2011) has a 5 burner gas stove with oven and broiler, full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stainless steel sink, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes.

Outdoors by the cottage, there is a charcoal BBQ, picnic table and clothesline. Nearby, we have a building with coin-operated washers and dryers. There is a large sandy area behind Sea View for children to play as well as a grassy front yard.  There is off street parking for two cars at the cottage.

Sea View is about 350 steps from the top of the dune that leads down to the ocean beach at LeCount Hollow.

This cottage has a strict no pet policy at all times. This is a non-smoking cottage and it rents from Sunday to Sunday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $1,100.00 to $3,000.00.   Call or email us for details.
