The recent sale of this three bedroom, one bath cottage has given it new owners with a dedication to make it one of the nicest at Surf Side.  They started out with new chairs on the roof deck that has a distant view of the Atlantic Ocean.  The roof deck is a great place to do morning yoga, to read a book in the sun or to sip a glass of wine in the late afternoon or evening.

The cottage is a split-level with 4 stairs leading up from  the living room to the bedrooms and the single bathroom. The bathroom has a shower and there is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The water is heated by a tankless on-demand water heater (very energy efficient). The kitchen has a brand new 4 burner gas stove with oven and broiler, new refrigerator/freezer, stainless steel sink, new dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes.

In the dining/living room there is a working fireplace and a gas heater.  There is also a table and chairs on the screened-in porch.

Outdoors by the cottage, there is a charcoal BBQ,  picnic table and clothesline. Nearby, we have a building with coin-operated washers and dryers.  There is off street parking for two cars at the cottage.

Surf King is about 315 steps from the top of the dune that leads down to the ocean beach at LeCount Hollow in the Cape Cod National Seashore.

No pets are allowed in this cottage, sorry. This is a non-smoking cottage and it rents from Saturday to Saturday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $1,065.00 to $2,400.00. Stays shorter than a week are sometimes possible in the Spring or Fall.  Call or email us for details.
