Surf Side cottage is only 400 steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. It is a spacious two-story, three-bedroom cottage that has undergone extensive renovations and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has a very large screened in porch the entire width of the cottage with a large sunny mahogany deck above it which is a great place to do morning yoga, to read a book in the sun or to sip a glass of wine in the late afternoon or evening.

The living room has a fireplace, comfortable seating and a dining area.  Off the living room is a bright, newly redecorated bedroom with a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen has been completely renovated with hardwood floors, a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher.  The bathroom has been totally renovated and includes a skylight and a tiled floor.

The single bathroom has a shower with a skylight and there is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The cottage's water is heated by a tankless on-demand water heater (very energy efficient).

The two upstairs bedrooms have been completely renovated.  The first, with a queen bed, has two windows to welcome the beautiful morning sunrise.  The second bedroom has two built in twin beds.  Both rooms have cathedral ceilings, beautifully refinished hard wood floors, motorized skylights, ceiling fans, and tons of closet and dresser space..

Outdoors, behind the cottage, there is a charcoal BBQ, picnic table and clothesline. Nearby, we have a building with coin-operated washers and dryers. There is a large sandy area behind Surf Side for children to play and off street parking for two cars at the cottage.

This cottage is pet friendly in the Spring and Fall only for an additional pet fee. No pets allowed during the summer months, sorry. This is a non-smoking cottage and it rents from Saturday to Saturday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $950.00 to $2,400.00. Stays shorter than a week are sometimes possible in the Spring or Fall.  Call or email us for details.
