Surf View

Surf View, with its soothing blue and green seaside decor, is one of our closest cottages to the beach,
(300 steps to the top of the dune...I counted!) offering views of beach grass,
sand dunes and a glimpse of the ocean in the distance.

The cottage itself has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds.
All three of the beds have brand new pillow-top mattresses!
Surf View cottage has one bathroom with a shower and it also has an enclosed shower outdoors.

The fully equipped kitchen has a new refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven,
new dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes.
A coin-operated laundry is available on the property with washers and dryers.

Surf View also boasts a working fireplace in the living room, new carpeting throughout and
don't forget the screened in porch. Also outdoors you will find a picnic table,
BBQ grill, clothesline and comfortable Adirondack chairs.
Surf View cottage sits in the sand so it feels like you are always at the beach!
It is located at the end of an unpaved, dead end drive off of Ocean View Drive.

It is a non-smoking cottage and is pet friendly (for an additional fee) in the Spring and Fall only.

This cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday with a weekly price that ranges from $945.00 to $2,150.00.
Shorter stays are possible before May 15 and in October.
