This two bedroom cottage is one of our most popular rentals because it is so close to the beach.
 
The first bedroom has one queen-size bed with a pillow top mattress. The second bedroom has two twin (single) beds also with pillow top mattresses. The one bathroom has a stall shower in it and there is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.  The water in this cottage is heated by a tankless on-demand water heater (very energy efficient).  Surf View has a 4 burner gas stove with oven and broiler, a new refrigerator, a new dishwasher, stainless steel sink, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes.

Outdoors by the cottage, there is a charcoal BBQ, picnic table, clothesline Adirondack chairs and a fire pit.  Nearby, we have a building with coin-operated washers and dryers.   There is off street parking for two cars at the cottage.

Surf View is about 200 steps from the top of the dune that leads down to the ocean beach at LeCount Hollow.  It has an east-facing screened-in porch with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises out of the ocean and over the dunes.  The living room has a working fireplace and a gas heater to take the chill out of cool nights.

This cottage is pet friendly in the Spring and Fall only for an additional pet fee. No pets allowed during the summer months, sorry.  This is a non-smoking cottage and it rents from Saturday to Saturday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $945.00 to $2,150.00.  Stays shorter than a week are sometimes possible in April, May, early June and October. 3-night minimum at those times.  Call or email us for details.
