Close to the beach, surrounded by sand for kids to play in, Breakers does not have another cottage in front of it.

It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people with one queen size bed in each of two bedrooms, and a third bedroom with two twin beds.  It has one bathroom with a shower and it also has an enclosed shower outdoors.

The fully equipped kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes, tiled countertop and floor.  There is a charcoal BBQ, a new picnic table, new Adirondack chairs and a fire pit just outside the screened porch.  A clothesline is provided and a coin-operated laundry is available on the property with washers and dryers.

The living room has a couch and chairs around the fireplace and glass doors let in plenty of light.
Breakers is pet friendly (for a small fee) in the Spring and Fall only.

This cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday with a weekly price that ranges from $1065.00 to $2,650.00.  Shorter stays are possible before June 15 and in October.

This is strictly a non-smoking cottage.
