| This three bedroom cottage is
one of our most popular.
Close to the beach,
surrounded by sand for kids to play in, Breakers does not have
another
cottage in front of it.
It can accommodate a
maximum of 6 people with one queen size bed in each of two
bedrooms,
and a third bedroom with two twin beds. It has one
bathroom with a shower and it also has
an enclosed shower outdoors.
The
fully equipped kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove,
microwave oven, dishwasher,
toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes, tiled countertop
and floor. There is a charcoal
BBQ and picnic table just outside the screened porch. A
clothesline is provided and a coin-
operated laundry is available on the property with washers and
dryers.

The living room has a couch and
chairs around the fireplace and glass doors let
in plenty of light. Breakers is pet friendly (for a small
fee) in the Spring and Fall only.
This
cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday with a weekly price that
ranges
from $1065.00 to $2,550.00. Shorter stays are possible
before June 15 and in October.
