This three bedroom cottage is 360 steps from the top of the dune leading down to the ocean beach at LeCount Hollow.

Piney Ridge has a newly renovated kitchen (new in 2012) with a 4 burner gas stove, oven and broiler, full size refrigerator, stainless steel sink, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, drip coffeemaker, recessed lighting and cabinets filled with pots and pans and dishes.

Two of the three bedrooms have one queen-size bed in each and the third bedroom has two twin (single) beds.

The living room has a gas heater and a working fireplace.

Outdoors by the cottage, there is a gas BBQ grill and a charcoal BBQ  (for the purists), a picnic table and clothesline. Nearby, we have a building with coin-operated washers and dryers.   There is off street parking for two cars at the cottage.

This cottage is pet friendly in the Spring and Fall only for an additional pet fee. No pets allowed during the summer months, sorry. This is a non-smoking cottage and it rents from Saturday to Saturday in season with a weekly price that ranges from $965.00 to $2,350.00. Stays shorter than a week are sometimes possible in the Spring or Fall with a 3 night minimum stay required. Call or email us for details.
